Use a modem stick or modem-enabled phones on WiFi-only tablets. The app uses the OTG feature or Bluetooth connectivity for DUN devices to connect your Android tablet to the Internet using a 3G modem stick. It doesn't work with every tablet model and hasn't been tested with custom ROMs.
